Jeff started CPM in 2014 to exploit proprietary algorithms and indicators for avoiding stock market losses. Prior professional experience includes 10 years at Nikko Asset Management where he was head of its third-party manager selection team, conducted asset allocation research, and was portfolio manager of GTAA funds sold in Japan. He was at Russell Investments for 13 years and headed its international management consulting business, its consulting practice in Japan, and its effort to evaluate quantitative investment strategies. Jeff is a published author and has written about how investment decision making processes should adapt to the changing circumstances produced by their investment success and business growth. Jeff holds an MBA from Willamette University.

Jonas is the CEO and Co-Founder of Dwellsy, the largest U.S. residential rental marketplace, and the author of the book Everything You Need to Know About Renting But Didn't Know to Ask: All the Insider Dirt to Help You Get the Best Deal and Avoid Disaster.

Prior to co-founding Dwellsy, Jonas was a senior executive at several leading real estate firms including Essex Property Trust and Bentall GreenOak, and was with the Boston Consulting Group after graduating with his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Jonas has had the good fortune to build, re-build and lead amazing teams across the multifamily and commercial real estate operational and strategic spectrum, orchestrate the sale of several businesses, develop a strategic plan for one of the world’s leading symphony orchestras, implement a Toyota production system and create more than 40 brands.

Kevan Olander is a Vice President at Spectrum Equity, a leading growth equity firm that provides capital

and strategic support to innovative software and data companies. For nearly thirty years, Spectrum has

partnered with founders of category-defining businesses across the information economy, including

Ancestry (acquired by Blackstone), Verafin (acquired by Nasdaq), Lynda.com (acquired by LinkedIn),

Definitive Healthcare (NAS: DH), GoodRx (NAS: GDRX), and SurveyMonkey. Other data and information

services investments include World-Check, RiskMetrics, Business Monitor, EagleView, and Quantile

(acquired by LSE). Spectrum is currently investing out of its tenth fund ($2 billion in capital).

Kevan joined Spectrum in 2020 and has worked closely with the firm’s investments in Headspace Health,

Otter.ai, Employee Navigator, Scribd, ExamSoft (acquired by Turnitin), and Teachers Pay Teachers

(acquired by IXL Learning). He is a graduate of Boston College.

Kevin Cosgrove is Vice-President of Sales at RavenPack. He helps investment firms harness insights from textual data to capture more alpha across equities, fixed-income, FX and macro. RavenPack's research delivers quantitative model outputs as factors or structured datasets to boost strategies, define investable products, and mitigate risk. RavenPack was recently awarded Best Alternative Data Provider in 2022, and best ESG Data Provider in 2023. Prior to RavenPack, Kevin worked in various roles at Bloomberg, ScotiaBank, and MFS.

Nick Taylor is currently a Market Data Manager at Schonfeld were he primarily focuses on data sourcing for the firm’s quantitative teams. He joined Schonfeld in January 2018 after having worked at Guidepoint for a number of years, most recently as a Strategic Partnerships Associate within the Data Insights team.

Nick is a Data Scientist focused in the financial sector with over 20 years’ experience as an Investment Banker, Buy & Sell Side Analyst, and Fintech startups. Most recently Nick worked at Sentieo acquired by AlphaSense as the Director of Data Science developing Data Science products utilizing Natural Language Processing (NLP).

Omer leads the Consulting arm at Neudata, informing and assisting data-owning firms to enter and better compete in the alternative-data market.Omer had spent the last 8 years spearheading strategic client engagements across a variety of industries, as Head of Business Development and Sales Executive, most recently selling data-products to a variety of EMEA buy-side institutions. Prior to that, Omer was involved in data-partnerships for the largest provider of data-driven public market research, helping firms monetize their data assets and create new revenue streams.Native Israeli, Omer is fluent in Hebrew, French, and English. He holds a B.A in History and Political Science from Tel-Aviv University and SciencesPo Paris, and M.A in Management from the London School of Economics.

RJ Jones is Chief Evangelist at Similarweb (NYSE: SMWB) where he catalyzes data-driven decision-making of business leaders to accomplish their missions.

Prior to joining Similarweb, RJ headed the iBuying and Home Improvement businesses of kwx, the holding company for Keller Williams. Immediately prior to joining kwx, RJ was the Chief Operating Officer for Ferry International,a leading real estate agent coaching and training company.

Before joining FerryIntl, RJ was Executive Vice President of Finance & Growth at eXp World Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: EXPI), where he ran corporate & business development, financial planning & analysis, and investor relations.

Prior to joining eXp World Holdings, RJ was VP of Investor and Corporate Relations at Zillow Group. While there he managed relationships with institutional shareholders and regularly presented the Zillow Group story to investor, industry and consumer audiences. He led efforts enabling the Company to raise over $2 billion through public equity and convertible offerings. He possesses extensive M&A experience as he was a key member of 8 deal teams totalling nearly $3 billion in transaction value.

Prior to joining Zillow Group, RJ was chief marketing officer and partner with Kosmos Funds, a Seattle-based alternative investment manager, where he led the capital raising efforts for the initial $100 million startup fund. Previously, he worked as a senior investment analyst directing up to $500 million of consumer and retail equities investments for Ragen Mackenzie of Wells Fargo Investments. He also previously ran investor relations for Nordstrom. Prior to that RJ joined the team that created the boutique investment bank, Delafield Hambrecht, where he led the consumer equity research efforts of the firm.

RJ currently serves as a member of the board of directors at inAssist Health Solutions, whose Healthlock service provides automated auditing of health insurance for consumers that prevents errors and fraudulent billing.

Before embarking on a civilian career, RJ was a Commissioned Officer in the United States Army. His assignments included company commander and platoon leader positions as a qualified airborne ranger and senior parachutist, with two deployments to Haiti for peace enforcement, peacekeeping and humanitarian missions. He holds a bachelor's in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy and an MBA from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.

Roshan Raman is the Head of Quantitative Research at Woodline Partners, a multi-billion dollar investment firm based in San Francisco. Prior to Woodline he served a similar function at Citadel Global Equities and Ascend Capital, and was a Quantitative Portfolio Manager at AQR Capital Management. He has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and background in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Ryan Gmerek leads YouGov US commercial strategy and new business engagements across financial services including consumer banks, fintech, investment advisors, mortgage lenders, hedge funds and asset managers. Prior to YouGov, Ryan led sales for five years at an early-stage SaaS company. Additionally, he’s led market research teams at McKinsey & Company, Major League Soccer and Greenwich Associates.
