Rado is the Founder & CEO of Neudata. Prior to founding Neudata, Rado's work experience spans 20 years of leadership, sales management, FinTech and data innovation for the buy-side. Rado spent several years in quantitative portfolio construction and risk management at MSCI (Barra), S&P Capital IQ and CITE Investments. He has worked at leading financial services firms, and financial data and analytics providers including PerTrac, 2iQ Research, I/B/E/S and TIM Group.

Rado received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Graz, Austria and is a CFA charterholder.

Skye Reymond is the Senior Director of Data Science at U.S. Soccer, where her work focuses on commercial data science applications and building models that support fan growth, engagement, and smarter business decisions ahead of major moments like World Cup 2026. A lifelong soccer enthusiast, she has been a player, coach, club director, referee, and fan. Before U.S. Soccer, she worked across manufacturing, cybersecurity, consulting, and co-founded xG Analytics, a data science consulting firm. Skye holds degrees from Marshall University and Northwestern University. She is a 2026 Sports Business Journal “Next in Sports Tech: Rising Woman of the Year” nominee.

Tammer Kamel is a General Partner at Antler, investing in high-growth tech and AI startups. A veteran of the fintech ecosystem, Tammer founded and led Quandl, an alternative data platform that Nasdaq acquired in 2019. Prior to founding Quandl, he worked as a software engineer and quantitative analyst at Citibank and Simplex Asset Management.

Slava is a Partner and Associate Director at Boston Consulting Group based in Boston. He is a core member of Tech Capital sector in Principal Investors and Private Equity practice. He leads usage of advanced analytics, AI and alternative data in due diligences and portfolio projects for US and European clients. As part of his role, Slava focuses on development of advanced analytics tools that leverage Data Science and AI to deliver deeper, faster insights – essential in the context of tight due diligence timelines.

Slava holds an MBA with honors from The Wharton School in Entrepreneurial Management & Finance and PhD, M.S. and B.S. with distinction in Applied Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.

Agostino Capponi is a Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research at Columbia University, where he is also the founding director of the Columbia Center for Digital Finance and Technology. Agostino earned his PhD degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from the California Institute of Technology.

His current research interests are in AI and machine learning in finance, financial technology, market microstructure, systemic and liquidity risk, and economic networks. Agostino’s research has been recognized with the 2018 NSF CAREER award and with a JP Morgan AI Research Faculty award, and funded by major agencies, including NSF, DARPA, DOE, IBM, Ripple, and the Ethereum foundation. His research has also been covered by various media outlets, including Bloomberg, the Financial Times, VoX, and Politico. Agostino is a fellow of the crypto and blockchain economics research forum and an academic fellow of Alibaba's Luohan academy. He serves as an editor of Management Science in the Finance Department, editor of Operations Research in the Financial Engineering Department, and co-editor of Mathematics and Financial Economics. Agostino served as Chair of the SIAG/FME Activity Group and of the INFORMS Finance Section, and currently serves as a council member of the Bachelier Finance Society. Agostino is co-editor of the book Machine Learning and Data Sciences for Financial Markets: A Guide to Contemporary Practices, published in 2023 by the Cambridge University press, and listed as one of the Amazon best sellers in banking and finance.

Alexander Levin is the Founder and CIO of Plettenberg Capital, a software-driven quantitative investment firm focused on systematic investing and portfolio construction. He previously worked in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey, private equity at Cisco’s Global Infrastructure Fund (later Digital Alpha Advisors), and corporate finance at Amazon Web Services, where he oversaw financial strategy for cloud services generating more than $1.2 billion in annual recurring revenue. He later co-founded a venture-backed AI and e-commerce startup. Alexander graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Wharton School with concentrations in Finance and Mathematics, and holds a Graduate Diploma from University of Cambridge, where he was an Oppenheimer Scholar.

Amrita Tiwari is a finance professional with deep expertise in trading, market microstructure, and investment analytics. She is currently at New York Life Investment Management and previously was multi asset trader at BlackRock, Vanguard, Fidelity, and Citadel. She has received multiple industry honors, including a recent recognition as a NextGen Visionary by Institutional Investor for her contributions to investment analytics and strategy. She serves on advisory boards and is a frequently invited speaker at leading industry forums, where she shares perspectives on market innovation, technology, and the future of investment analytics. She holds an MBA from Cornell University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Andrew Dassori co-founded Wavelength Capital Management and serves as the firm’s Chief Investment Officer. In this role he oversees all investment functions – including portfolio management, research, and trading – and has led the development of the firm’s investment philosophy since inception. Prior to Wavelength, Andrew was a portfolio manager at Credit Suisse Asset Management focused on global macro investment strategies, and while there he also was a member of the firm’s Global Citizens Program through which he established the bank’s partnership with Equity Bank in Kenya. He is a contributor to the CFA Institute’s Enterprising Investor, and his perspective on systematic investing, data science and AI has been featured in Bloomberg, Reuters, CNN, and Money Management Executive.
