Daryl is Head of Research at Neudata. He and his team are responsible for researching and discovering alternative datasets for a wide range of asset managers and corporations worldwide.

Prior to Neudata, Daryl spent five years as an equity research analyst at boutique investment firm Liberum across a number of sectors including Agriculture, Chemicals and Diversified Financials.

Prior to Liberum, Daryl worked at Goldman Sachs as an equity derivatives analyst and regulatory reporting strategist. Daryl holds a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath and is a CFA charterholder.

Debbie Lawrence, Group Head of Data Management & Strategy boasts a 25+ year career in Financial Services leading Data Strategy, Acquisition & Rights Management and Data Governance responsibilities in the Data and Analytics division at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). She is a passionate advocate for the need for transparency into data rights and usage as well as the importance of proper controls in order to protect IP. Her journey began in South Africa with Reuters followed by a stint in Geneva focusing on Emerging Markets which fuelled her passion for all things data before moving to London to continue her career with Thomson Financial which quickly became Thomson Reuters. She is committed to financial data excellence, emphasizing the pivotal role of data interoperability to aid data discovery, drive insights and deliver customer value. She lives in SW London with her teenage son.

Deoghoon Hwang is a Project Manager at the Korea Exchange (KRX), leading initiatives in data business strategy, global marketing, and client and partner relationship management. He has also supported global communications for KRX CEO through roles in the Global Strategy department. With experience across KOSDAQ market structure and the data business department, he has developed broad interests in market infrastructure, regulation and technology including cloud, AI, and tokenization. He actively explores how technological innovation is reshaping the future of the financial information industry and KRX’s strategic direction.

Faizan is a Research Analyst at Neudata, covering market data across flows, derivatives, fixed income and prediction markets. He Joined Neudata following a Master's in Finance and works closely with investment managers on data sourcing and evaluation.

Isabel Cebolla is Head of Market Data at Equiduct, where she leads the strategic development of the company’s market data business. She has more than 15 years of experience across European financial markets, with previous roles at London Stock Exchange Group and BME Group (now part of SIX). During her career, she has worked across a broad range of areas within the exchange industry, including market data, trading analytics, regulatory services, international business development and strategic partnerships, covering both operational and commercial roles. Having worked closely with brokers, banks, exchanges, vendors and trading venues across different parts of the market ecosystem, Isabel brings a practical perspective on European equity markets, market structure, regulation and the evolving relationship between trading activity, data and client needs.

Jahmal Nicholson is a senior data scientist at Man Group, focusing on increasing the adoption of alternative data within Man Discretionary.

Jahmal joined Man Group in September 2019 as part of the investment graduate programme. Prior to joining the data science team, he rotated across the Man AHL and Man External Alpha investment risk teams, as well as conducting manager research within Man External Alpha.

Jahmal holds an MSc in Mathematical and Computational Finance from Oxford University and a BSc in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics (MORSE) from Warwick University. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Jamie is a Managing Director in the State Street Data Intelligence team. In this role, Jamie acts as a Product Engineer to evaluate new data and analytic products and lead the go-to-market strategies and client engagement globally.

Jamie is based outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and joined State Street in 2017 as part of State Street Global Exchange before moving to Global Markets from 2019 to 2025. Prior to joining State Street, Jamie managed global sales and marketing for Wharton Research Data Services (WRDS) and has over two decades of experience in institutional sales and investment banking with Morgan Stanley, Susquehanna International Group, Cowen and Company, and Raymond James.

Jamie earned a Bachelor of Science from Drexel University, a Master of Business Administration from University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and holds FINRA Series 3, 7, and 63 licenses.

Jason Hillary is co-founder and CTO of Zerve, an AI platform for research and analytics. He has spent over a decade building machine learning and data science systems and holds a PhD in applied mathematical approaches to energy efficiency, with a focus on simulation accuracy and neural networks applied to sensor data.

Jerome Barkate, CFA is a Lead Quant and Data Scientist at Bloomberg. His team designs and develops proof-of-concept models and visualizations to extract insights from Bloomberg Data using data science and AI. Before joining Bloomberg in 2023, Jerome spent 18 years in Asset Management (Amundi, Nomura, Unigestion) in senior roles (Head of Quants, Head of Multi-Asset), trading multiple asset classes. He holds Masters of Science in Statistics and Finance from ISAE Supaero and Paul Sabatier University. He is a CFA Charterholder since 2011 and holds multiple AI/ML certificates.

Kat joined CLS in 2018 and is Head of Client Engagement – EMEA.

Based in London, she is responsible for growing CLS’s client base within the EMEA region as well as adoption of CLS’s broader portfolio of products focusing on three business lines – settlement, processing, and data.

Before joining CLS, Kat spent nearly a decade as part of the FICC ecommerce sales team at Barclays, with a significant portion of her time spent in the eFX BARX sales team. With over 20 years’ experience in financial services, including roles at MarketAxess and Bloomberg Tradebook, Kat’s expertise extends across various asset classes including both OTC and exchange-traded markets including FX, fixed income and equities.

Kona Haque is a senior economist and commodities specialist with nearly 30 years of experience advising boards and senior leadership teams across global commodities, energy, agriculture, shipping and financial markets. She is on the advisory board at Commodities Trading Week.

Kona has been Group Head of Research at ED&F Man since May 2014, overseeing its commodity and macroeconomic research team. Prior to this, she spent seven years at Macquarie Bank, leading commodities and agriculture research. Earlier in her career, Kona served as Senior Commodities Editor at the Economist Group for four years, where she was the Chief Oil Analyst. She also held the role of Director of Bulk Commodities at a shipping consultancy and spent four years at Metal Bulletin Research, specializing in base metals. Her experience extends to working as an Economist for a grains market information provider and with the United Nations in Rome, Italy. Kona holds an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and a BSc in Agricultural Economics from Reading University. She speaks five languages.
