Adam is a Partner at Pinegrove Capital Partners, where he leads the data science group. In this role, Adam is responsible for spearheading research and development of advanced analytics solutions.

Previously, Adam lead Berkshire Partners’ data science group. In this role, Adam harnessed internal and external data in public and private equity investing and drove data science and engineering initiatives across the investment lifecycle: algorithmic sourcing, data-driven due diligence, and portfolio company value creation.

Prior to joining Berkshire, Adam worked as a Research Scientist at Harvard Medical School’s Predictive Medicine Group. In this capacity, he developed advanced predictive models in Medicine and Pharma. Adam’s background as a Data Scientist spans various sectors, employing advanced computational methods and artificial intelligence in steering strategic decisions and crafting innovative, data-driven solutions.

Adam is an MIT System Design and Management Fellow. He received a B.A. from Harvard University and an M.S. from MIT.

Barney joined Neudata's research team in 2021, where he is responsible for uncovering new datasets across a range of sectors including ESG, digital and consumer-oriented landscapes. Previously, Barney spent three years at an executive search firm executing mandates across ESG, distribution, investment roles.He holds an MA in History from the University of St Andrews.

Helena is the Head of Asia Research at Neudata. She covers APAC alternative data suppliers with a particular focus on China. Prior to Neudata, Helena worked as sales operation manager at UBS Evidence Lab and alternative data product manager at 86 Research and Juwai.com. Helena has also worked at Pacific Epoch as Co-Head of Research and senior TMT analyst.

Helena holds a Master's degree in Political Economy of Late Development from the London School of Economics.

Hem Wadhar joined Sequoia in 2016, where he leads the Data Science practice. Before Sequoia, Hem was at Palantir Technologies, where he spearheaded multiple projects in the media and consumer packaged goods sectors. He also provided analytic oversight across the commercial business and founded Palantir's commercial data science team. Hem holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from UCLA and a B.A. in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Ian heads the Client Engagement group at Neudata, as well as its busy programme of events. He has spent the last six years helping asset managers, investment banks and retailers to get value out of traditional and alternative data. Prior to that, Ian's experience encompassed analytical and commercial roles at Vodafone, Bank of Scotland and Liberty Mutual.Ian holds an MA in Mathematics from the University of Oxford, and a Saltire Fellowship in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, Massachusetts.

Keava is a Research Analyst at Neudata. Prior to Neudata Keava previously spent a year in Private Equity Advisory and Consulting, executing mandates across the private capital sector.  Keava holds an MA in International Relations from the University of St Andrews, with a focus on Political Violence.

Margaret leads Data Acquisition at Cohere, the leading language AI platform for enterprise. With 10+ years of experience leading strategic data programs at Paravision AI, StreetLight Data, Al Jazeera Media Network and Craigslist, and two IAPP certifications (CIPP/E and CIPT), she’s passionate about effectively moving data through organizations to build today's leading AI/ML products.
