Options Technology is an IT infrastructure firm for capital markets globally. The firm acquired ACTIV Financial in 23Q1, a company specialising in multi-asset financial market data. Prior to that, in 2Q21, Options Technology also acquired Fixnetix from DXC Technology – a firm providing outsourced front-office trades to the buy- and sell-side.

Options Technology now provides real-time, delayed, historical and consolidated market data for over 200 equities and derivatives globally. It sources data from ~50 financial centres and has clients in over 20 countries.

Options Technology, formerly ACTIV Financial, announced a significant investment from Vitruvian Partners in October 2024. The investment marked the end of Abry Partners' ownership, during which Options completed its acquisitions of Fixnetix and ACTIV Financial.
