Founded in 2017 by Ed Galvin to fix fragmented data centre market information, DC Byte has grown into a leading global intelligence platform delivering real-time analytics on colocation and self-build assets. Backed by Kester Capital since 2022, the company has expanded across EMEA, Asia and North America, now tracking thousands of developments. In 2025, Bernard Johnson became CEO as Galvin moved into the Chief Evangelist role. DC Byte now employs over 60 people with offices in London, Singapore, Sofia and North Virginia.
