The global podcasting market was valued at $31.49bn in 2025 and is projected to reach $114.48bn by 2030. In this literature review, we summarise a paper examining the potential capital market effects of podcasts, as investors are increasingly relying on alternative sources of investment information. Finally, we highlight a number of investor-friendly alternative podcast and audio data providers for readers who may wish to replicate a similar analysis.
