When it comes to security pricing, evaluated pricing data has offered investment firms a source of truth. Historically, these datasets have been used by the middle and back-office teams for risk, best execution and Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations. More recently, evaluated pricing models have also become more popular among traders looking for a directional price indicator for illiquid securities.
