Robert Slater is the CEO and Founder of Cognitive Credit, a financial technology company that provides the world's leading credit investors with specialist data and analytics to form smarter, faster credit views. Prior to founding Cognitive Credit, Mr. Slater was Partner at Silver Rock Financial UK, the London-based investment vehicle of a multi-billion dollar single family office, where he led the firm’s research in Europe and co-managed the European investment portfolio across the credit, equity, and macro asset classes.

Before that, Mr. Slater worked at Citigroup for over a decade in New York, Hong Kong, and London, most recently focusing on corporate and sovereign investment opportunities as a member of the firm’s Credit Research and Trading business. At the time, he also served as a senior liaison between the firm’s Markets businesses and global policymakers. He is married with 3 children and lives in the US.

Based in New York, his focus was on providing asset managers with institutional-sized liquidity, value-added execution services and advanced analytics to help traders compete in data-driven investing and automation.

Rob joined Liquidnet in 2014 as Global Head of Execution & Quantitative Services (EQS) to oversee the development of Liquidnet’s award-winning suite of algos specifically designed for institutions and their unique workflows. In 2019, he became Chief Operating Officer at Liquidnet, overseeing global technology, operations, legal, compliance, marketing, corporate efficiencies, and vendor relations.

With over three decades of experience in electronic trading, program trading, prime brokerage, listed derivatives, structured products, and quantitative analytics, Rob has held senior leadership positions at Lehman Brothers, Nomura, and Macquarie, where he managed global and regional sales teams.

Rob Weston has over 20 years of experience leading large-scale data projects in financial services, delivering global regulatory initiatives for HSBC, UBS, Rabobank, valued in the more. He has been at the forefront of deploying machine learning and language models for a decade and is now the founder of HSAT, working with global firms to predict crop production worldwide.

Ronnie is Head of Research and Data Strategy at M2M Capital, spearheading efforts to revolutionize private equity valuations, focusing on transparency and efficiency within the private markets.

Ruairi Powers is an SVP, Product Manager at Neudata currently focusing on new product development.  He has extensive experience driving business and technology solutions across the investment domain. Previously, he served as a VP, Product Manager at Two Sigma, where he led product strategy for data catalog and data lineage solutions supporting the firm’s quantitative research teams.

Prior to that, he served as Manager of People Analytics at Principles: A Ray Dalio Company and held multiple technology leadership roles at Bridgewater Associates for over 20 years.  He holds a BS in Computer Science and Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Saif is Business Development Manager for the Buyside in London. Prior to joining Neudata, Saif worked in Private Equity bringing vendor offerings to the investor community. Formerly an institutional equity research salesperson Saif has over 6 years of Capital Markets and Private Markets experience. Saif has held various positions with Barclays and more recently, Preqin.

Saif received a First Class BA Honours in Business Management.

Shicong is a Partner, Portfolio Manager and Controller, at Integrated Quantitative Investments (IQI). She has spent 13 years in quantitative asset management, at IQI and Man Numeric, in portfolio management roles. She brings deep experience in quantitative models, day-to-day portfolio management, client communications, and portfolio analytics across a wide array of global, international, and US equity strategies.Shicong has an MBA from Boston University Questrom School of Business and a BA in Economics from Cornell University. She is a CFA charterholder.

Stacie Rabinowitz has been with Consumer Edge for over 12 years and has played a pivotal role in establishing Consumer Edge as the premier consumer data insights firm. Her expertise lies in research and data analysis, particularly in harnessing the power of alternative data to develop cutting-edge research and product solutions that provide valuable insights to clients.

Steve Cannon is a seasoned professional in data science and technology with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Chief Data Scientist at e-TeleQuote Insurance Inc. since September 2021, Steve has held numerous leadership roles, including Head of Team Q Data Engineering at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and Head of Model Data at AQR Capital Management, where responsibilities included data validation for quantitative research.

Previous experience includes heading the Big Data Team at Two Sigma, overseeing reference data at Interactive Brokers, and serving as VP of Software Development at netomat. Steve's career began as Chief Technology Officer at OVEN Digital and as Head of Design Tech at i/o 360 digital design, inc. Steve holds a BA in Physics from Columbia University and has completed all but dissertation requirements at the Center for Relativity at the University of Texas.

Currently the Head of Data Strategy at Jump Trading, a quantitative trading firm. At Jump, Stewart drives the Data Strategy Group to remain on the vanguard of current data-sphere and research methods. Stewart also collaborates with Jump Capital, Jump's venture capital endeavor, to seek out promising investment opportunities in the FinTech space. In the 19 years prior to joining Jump in mid-2017, Stewart has held similar roles at PDT Partners, Cubist Systematic Strategies, and HBK Capital Management.

Thanh-Long HUYNH, QuantCube Technology, CEO has more than 20 years of experience in Systematic Investments and Macroeconomics. He held several senior investment positions within top leading investment banks and co-founded a quantitative hedge fund in 2000 in Chicago, before focusing into AI and Alternative Data.

Indeed, Thanh-Long has been a visionary by creating QuantCube Technology in 2013, a leading technology company specialized in AI for macroeconomics and financial predictions. Thanh-Long, graduated with MS Financial Mathematics from University of Chicagoas a Fulbright scholar, MS Statistics from ENSAE (National Statistics School), MS Wealth Management from ESCP-Europe. He is also CFA charterholder.

Tjeerd van Cappelle, CFA is the Founder and Managing Director of aiLiftoff, a leader in developing LLMs to provide alternative data and services to investment firms. Tjeerd has over 25 years’ experience in finance and technology. Before Tjeerd founded aiLiftoff in 2022, he worked for 16 years at NN Investment Partners. He was head of the AI Equity team, leading a team of portfolio managers and data scientists, managing over EUR 5 billion AuM in systematic strategies. Tjeerd is an innovator and someone who can connect technological possibilities with what’s needed to be a successful investor.  

Tjeerd is CFA charter holder, has a MSc degree in Applied Mathematics from Delft University of Technology and a MSc degree in Econometrics from Erasmus University Rotterdam (Cum laude).
