Backed by Two Sigma, a global pioneer in the financial sciences, Insurance Quantified is the market leader in AI-powered underwriting, enabling commercial P&C insurance carriers and MGAs to efficiently extract the data they need to get insights that accelerate and optimize their underwriting process. In 2023, Insurance Quantified acquired Groundspeed Analytics, a company at the forefront of ingestion and data solutions for the commercial P&C industry.

Jeff joined Insurance Quantified after over 11 years at Bloomberg LP, where he innovated and drove transformation across all aspects of trading systems. Prior to Bloomberg, Jeff was a software engineer focused on intelligent radar signal processing algorithms and high-performance computing at Black River Systems Company. Jeff holds a B.S. and an M.S. in computer science from SUNY Polytechnic Institute with a focus on applying neural network architectures to signal processing.

Jingwen Li is the Head of Financial Data at Patsnap, where she leads the design and development of cutting-edge financial data products. She drives innovative solutions for global clients in asset management and banking, leveraging her expertise in data integration, automation, and financial modeling. Jingwen has successfully led the launch of multiple data products, delivering impactful insights and creating significant value for clients worldwide.

Joseph Aube is a data strategy leader with deep expertise in enterprise data, alternative data, and AI solutions for institutional investors. As the U.S. Deputy Head of Data Strategy at Brevan Howard, he helps shape data initiatives that support research, risk, and investment innovation. Previously, Joseph spent eight years at Bloomberg across enterprise data sales and institutional coverage, partnering closely with hedge funds, quants, and CTOs on data management and analytics. He holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Syracuse University and is recognized for his strategic, collaborative approach to data-driven decision making.

As CTO and Co-founder of Consilience AI, Joseph Byrum is revolutionizing investment analysis by fusing behavioral economics with advanced natural language processing to decode corporate communications and uncover hidden market alpha. Julia has over four years of experience as an analyst and account manager in consulting and financial services. Prior to Neudata, Julia worked at Macrobond Financial, the Foresight Factory and Gatehouse Advisory Partners. As an analyst, she covered a broad range of topics and sectors, including consumer trends, retail investing and the global macroeconomy.

Julia holds an MSc in Economy, Risk and Society from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics, Politics and Sociology from the University of Westminster.

Karthik Kumar is the cofounder and CEO at Amplify Data, a software platform to help data vendors accelerate data sales through data personalization, flexible data delivery, and rich consumption analytics. Across its clients, Amplify today serves 150+ data products to thousands of consumers every month.

Before founding Amplify, he was the VP of Operations at Aera Technology, where he helped build and scale the decision intelligence business globally. Karthik got his first taste of the startup world as a VC investor at NEA, where he invested in early-stage data companies. Karthik holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Kelly Koscuiszka serves as co-chair of the Investment Management Regulatory & Compliance Group, where she advises private funds on regulatory and compliance matters, particularly the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Kelly supports clients undergoing SEC examinations, including by handling deficiency letters and enforcement referrals and also uses that experience to assist clients with exam preparedness. Kelly specializes in the intersection of regulation and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, alternative data, web scraping and electronic communications. She also advises clients on data privacy and cybersecurity. Kelly regularly conducts client training sessions and is a sought-after presenter at leading industry conferences. Kelly is admitted to the Bar in New York and has Court Admissions in the US Supreme Court; the US District Court of New Jersey; and the US District Courts in Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Kelly received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. from Rutgers University.

Kevin D. Kinnee joined Kpler in April 2024 as the U.S. National Security Liaison Officer. With over 25 years of experience in federal law enforcement, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.

Kevin served as a criminal investigator and supervisor within the Department of Homeland Security for over 20 years. His work focused on leading investigations that targeted transnational criminal organizations involved in narcotics trafficking, money laundering, weapons smuggling, human trafficking, sanctions violations, and national security threats.

Kevin's extensive background in law enforcement and his leadership roles in significant federal operations underscore his capability to manage complex security challenges and coordinate across multiple agencies.

Konstantinos joined the company as part of Neudata’s internship programme. He graduated from Queen Mary University with a Bachelor of Laws as well as a Master of Laws in Commercial and Corporate Law.

Throughout his studies, he has had work experiences in various disciplines of law; including pro bono placements with Reed Smith and Dentons in London and the Singaporean Law Society in Singapore, as well as corporate placements with Coca-Cola HBC in Russia and Shearman & Sterling in London. He also possesses academic and professional experience in the energy and technology industries, which will prove especially useful throughout his time at Neudata.

In his free time, Konstantinos is a basketball coach for young groups, as well as competes in amateur basketball leagues across London.

Mark is the Head of Data Sourcing at Capital Fund Management (CFM), the Paris-based fully systematic quantitative hedge fund first established in 1991. Mark is also the creator and host of The Alternative Data Podcast, which over 120+ episodes explores the growing world of alternative data with interviews with providers, funds, marketplaces, central banks and regulators. Previously, Mark was a Senior Geopolitics Analyst at Stratfor and he holds a Masters in Big Data from IE University in Madrid and an MSc in International Business from Leeds University Business School.

Matei founded System2 as a full-service data team to expand the universe of data-driven investing and decision-making.Clients, which include hedge funds, private equity and corporates, leverage System2's team and technology to build forecasts and machine learning models, source and diligence deals, deliver customer insights and otherwisesolve hard problems with data.

Matei also hosts Augvest, a community of investors who meet regularly to discuss trends in data-driven investing. He previously spent eight years at King Street Capital, where he started the data science initiative.Matei holds an MA in math from Columbia University and BAs in psychology, math, government, and economics from Cornell University.
