Julia has over four years of experience as an analyst and account manager in consulting and financial services. Prior to Neudata, Julia worked at Macrobond Financial, the Foresight Factory and Gatehouse Advisory Partners. As an analyst, she covered a broad range of topics and sectors, including consumer trends, retail investing and the global macroeconomy.

Julia holds an MSc in Economy, Risk and Society from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics, Politics and Sociology from the University of Westminster.

Kelly Koscuiszka serves as co-chair of the Investment Management Regulatory & Compliance Group, where she advises private funds on regulatory and compliance matters, particularly the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Kelly supports clients undergoing SEC examinations, including by handling deficiency letters and enforcement referrals and also uses that experience to assist clients with exam preparedness. Kelly specializes in the intersection of regulation and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, alternative data, web scraping and electronic communications. She also advises clients on data privacy and cybersecurity. Kelly regularly conducts client training sessions and is a sought-after presenter at leading industry conferences. Kelly is admitted to the Bar in New York and has Court Admissions in the US Supreme Court; the US District Court of New Jersey; and the US District Courts in Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Kelly received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. from Rutgers University.

Lukasz Pomorski is a Senior Vice President on the Portfolio Management team at Acadian Asset Management. Lukasz is also an Adjunct Professor and The Brandmeyer Fellow for Impact and Sustainable Investing at Columbia University, where he teaches a Master-level course on ESG Investing. Previously, Lukasz was a Managing Director and Head of ESG Research at AQR Capital Management, an Assistant Director for Research at the Bank of Canada, and an Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of Toronto.

Minkyu is Head of Data and Analytics in the Active Quantitative Equity (AQE) team at State Street Global Advisors. He spearheads efforts to utilize new data and modeling techniques in AQE's investment process while leading the evolution of AQE's proprietary computing infrastructure. Previously, he was a Senior Quantitative Research Analyst and continues to be a leading contributor to AQE research alongside the Head of Quantitative Research. Minkyu earned a Ph.D. and an S.M. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science with a minor in Finance from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University.

Nika Engberg is the General Counsel of Earnest Analytics and is responsible for all legal and compliance matters at Earnest. Prior to joining Earnest in 2021, she served as Director, Legal at The Endurance International Group and as Senior Counsel at Constant Contact. She began her legal career as an associate at Goodwin.

Ms. Engberg received her B.A. from Williams College, her LL.M. from the University of Cambridge, and her J.D. from Harvard Law School. She is a charter member of TechGC.

Saif is Business Development Manager for the Buyside in London. Prior to joining Neudata, Saif worked in Private Equity bringing vendor offerings to the investor community. Formerly an institutional equity research salesperson Saif has over 6 years of Capital Markets and Private Markets experience. Saif has held various positions with Barclays and more recently, Preqin.

Saif received a First Class BA Honours in Business Management.

Stas Melnikov is the Head of Quantitative Research and Risk Data Solutions at SAS, directing the risk data business as well as leading the quantitative research team that creates methodologies and risk models used in data offerings and risk software. Stas joined SAS in 2019 after serving as the Managing Director and Global Head of Market and Liquidity Risk at Russell Investments. Prior to that, he held the position of Head of Loss Forecasting for the US residential credit portfolio at JPMorgan Chase.

With a diverse background encompassing executive roles in banking, asset management, and software, Stas has cross-functional expertise across the domains of financial risk management, modeling, analytics, and product management. His work has been featured in numerous events, publications, and public company investor presentations. Stas started his career as a quant in mortgage banking domain, where he authored quantitative analyses that provided early warnings about the mortgage and real estate markets before the Global Financial Crisis.

Stas holds a Master of Science in Mathematical Finance from the University of Southern California and earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Redlands. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM).

Ms. Gao is a Portfolio Manager on the Stock Selector Equity Investments team. In this role, she is responsible for managing portfolios and conducting research to support the alpha generation for PanAgora’s Stock Selector strategies.

Prior to joining PanAgora, Ms. Gao was a Senior Quantitative Analyst, AVP, at Citizens Financial Group. Ms. Gao graduated from Boston University Questrom School of Business in February of 2015 with a Master of Science Degree in Finance.

Ms. Gao is a CFA charterholder.
