The Data Provider Listing Process

Listing information about your data products on Neudata is free, generating inbound leads without any revenue share.
Our listing process is intended to provide an efficient route to getting your product information in front of investment managers, corporates, and private equity & venture capital firms who subscribe to Neudata Scout. The expected timeframe from initial contact to being listed on Neudata Scout is 1-4 weeks.
WHAT NEXT?
After Step 4 (at which point your information is available to our clients), you may or may not receive inbound enquiries straight away. Any enquiries will be sent to the email address you submitted to Neudata.
The level of interest in your data products is likely to vary based on:
- trends - which datasets are currently most popular with the investment community
- preferences of active clients - if all clients logging into our platform during the first week you are listed are equity investors, and you sell commodity data, naturally, this won’t be a week that you receive inbounds
It is important for us to keep any information we are sharing with our clients up-to-date so we consider Step 5 (the submission of product updates) an ongoing part of the listing process. To ensure our clients hear the latest and greatest on your data products:
- Submit information on any product changes or planned updates by visiting your Product Questionnaires page and following the instructions provided on how to share product updates. We will update your listings on Neudata Scout and alert our clients accordingly. This means that by keeping us in the loop with any updates, you can also enhance your exposure to our client base.
- We may check in with you on a quarterly/semi-annual basis. It is common for us to reach out to data providers for a catch-up call in cases where we suspect our client-facing listings contain out-of-date information.
